When a Fate Card is drawn in your story, you are presented with 4 choices:

You stand at the edge of the unknown, traveler. The cards do not lie, and the Forge does not forget. What you create here will echo across the Evolving Universe. Choose wisely… for once your thread is woven, it cannot be unwoven.
When forging your character, you must select 3 Personality Traits. These are not just flavor — they actively shape your destiny.
Your chosen traits influence:

When you create a character, you are granted 5 Fate Cards. These cards carry hidden Light and Dark affinities that quietly influence every major choice in your story.
There are four types of Fate Cards:
Hope • Heroism • Sacrifice
Power • Risk • Tragedy
Chaos • Unknown • Wild
Destiny • The Card’s True Will
As you journey through the universes, you will discover items of increasing rarity and power. Some rare and mythic items can even completely override Fate Card rolls, giving you control over destiny itself.
You can spend Fate Coins to reroll your cards during character creation (3 tokens for one card, 10 tokens for all five). Subscribers receive monthly tokens automatically.
